We accept returns within 30 days of receipt. Contact us at contact@eclatformula.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending anything back. Unopened products are eligible for a full refund; opened products are also eligible within the 30-day window. Return shipping costs are deducted from the refund.
