Returns will be accepted up to 30 days from the date of receipt of your order. Refund requests submitted after this window will not be eligible.
We refund cases of fraud or unauthorized transactions, including shipping and handling charges. Refunds for other issues are issued at the company's discretion.
Customers are limited to one refund per product ordered unless the product is defective. Repetitive requests may be denied. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank. To process a refund, provide your name and delivery address accurately.
To return a product, contact customer service to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Include the RMA number on the package and send it to our fulfillment center within 30 days of receipt. You are responsible for return shipping costs, which will be deducted from your refund.
Unopened Products: Eligible for a full refund or exchange within 30 days. Must be in original, undamaged packaging.
Opened Products: Eligible for refund or exchange within 30 days. Ensure the product meets your expectations before fully using it.
